Custom or made-to-order items may take 5–7 business days depending on complexity.

3. Estimated Delivery Time:
   Metro cities: 3–5 working days

Other regions: 5–10 working days
Remote areas: Up to 12 working days

4. Shipping Charges:
   Free Shipping on orders above ₹999

Flat-rate or weight-based charges apply to other orders and are calculated at checkout

5. Order Tracking:
   Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Each item sold on CreativeMentis.com is carefully handcrafted, and many are made to order. Due to the nature of these products, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

1. Order Cancellation:
   Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before the order is processed, whichever is earlier.

To cancel, email us at support@creativementis.com with your Order ID.

2. Refund Policy:
   Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

Item damaged during shippingWrong item received
Incomplete order delivered

To be eligible for a refund:
Report the issue to us within 3 days of delivery
Provide clear photos/videos of the received item(s)
Return the item in its original, unused condition (if applicable)
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
